Cab has been farming organically in Hawaii for 36 years. He co-founded the Hawaii Organic Farmers Association (HOFA) and was a charter member of the Hawaii Culinary Herb Association. He helped pioneer the use of effective microorganisms on Hawaii Island and has worked to spread the word about the value of microorganisms in farming.
