Drake is the newly elected President of Hawaii Farmers Union United – East Hawaii Chapter, as well as a core member of www.CGNF–Hawaii.org. He is most recognized in the community for his sustainability-minded Mayoral campaign last election season in Hilo. He is also an elementary school teacher, a computer programmer, a family farm operator and a builder.
