Janel Ralph is the owner and operator of Palmetto Synergistic Research LLC a South Carolina based company that produces a high CBD hemp oil called Palmetto Harmony. She is also a parent advocate and entered this industry after several failed attempts of obtaining safe tested CBD rich oil made from the Cannabis Sativa hemp plant. Her child Harmony suffers from a rare genetic condition that because of oil produced from the bloom of the female hemp plant bred to be high in CBD has gained a quality of life that no synthetic drugs where able to offer her. She is here today to speak about the other side of industrial hemp and advocating for comprehensive legislation.
